In April 2025, we marked an exciting milestone for First Principles Constructors after officially kicking off the Martin Square project, celebrating with a shared BBQ alongside our project partners, Aoraki Construction Ltd.
With continued growth driving us forward, it was time to establish a new headquarters – one that reflects our values, ambitions, and commitment to excellence.
We’re thrilled to announce our Wellington headquarters will soon be moving into a purpose-built space, designed to support our expanding operations and enhance collaboration within our team.

The premises have now been stripped back to their bones, prepared for a full-scale refurbishment that will transform the space into a modern, functional, and inspiring environment.
