Full Design Service
From concept design through to building consents and code compliance, we own the whole design cycle, so the entire process is seamless. Our work starts by understanding our customers needs and putting pen to paper to develop concepts and feasibility studies.

Our projects are executed time and again with the same design partners. This enables us to be more efficient in the design phase as well as on site as those working with us know how we work and what is expected
Project Management
We’ve got the resources to tackle building projects of any scale and complexity. Our highly skilled team always complete projects in a collaborative manner and proactively engage with our customers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure we deliver a product we can all be proud of.
We are highly experienced working under all forms of NZS contracts as well as FIDIC contracts and can provide our clients with advice to understand what contract is most fit for purpose for their project.
FPC utilise Procore to assist with our onsite documentation and quality control. Procore is a leading provider of cloud-based applications for construction, which connects people, applications, and devices through a unified platform to help us manage risk and build quality projects— safely, on time, and within budget.

With a core team of 45 staff based from Auckland to Invercargill, we’re well-resourced and able to service projects in even the most hard to reach locations of NZ.
