Board Advisors
Sian is a valued advisory board member for several New Zealand companies. Her unique knowledge and professional experience ensures values based strategic planning that is inclusive of both the commercial and individual needs. Sian is adept at managing risk in both the private and public sector and is someone who can often play the devil’s advocate, to ensure rigour around risk exposure.
In recent times Mark has worked predominantly in the governance space, working either as an independent advisor or independent director within a board environment. Governance requires effective relationships across all shareholders to understand their changing circumstance and aspirations, providing effective feedback on risk and return to set expectations for operational teams to implement.
Management teams need leadership, resources and clarity of purpose to succeed. Good governance ensures operational teams have effective support and sufficient resources, with accountability and confidence to implement their ideas.
