Small Works Case Studies

For this project we, alongside Tetra Pak, retrofitted an unused room within Fonterra’s facility to house vacuum pumps for the dryer buildings.

Fonterra asked for us to complete the weatherproofing works to the parapet of their P3 dryer. The work involved us partnering with DLA, Equus and Turfrey to remove the existing flashings and line the parapet with an Equus TPO membrane and colorsteel flashings.

To assist the Lactoferrin project, our team worked with Brightwater Engineering and Westland Milk Products to construct concrete foundations for the new pipe bridges to service their facility.

For the FY24 winter shut, we constructed a temporary insulated panel airlock to allow movement of plant and equipment associated with the winter shut works in the D4 dryer building.
